Present Simple

Use the present simple to talk about activities or routines which take place on a regular basis.

Example:

The production center usually closes at seven o'clock.

The pastry chef usually bakes the short crust pastries at six o'clock.

The wholesaler usually ships his products on Mondays.

Positive Sentences

Subject + verb + objects

Negative Sentences

Subject + do not + verb + objects

Business travelers don't fly on weekends.

Question Form

Wh? + do + subject + verb ?

How many sports venues do you visit each month?

Present Simple with Adverbs of Frequency

Use adverbs of frequency such as 'usually', 'often', 'sometimes', etc. with the present simple to express how often you perform a routine or activity.

Example:
