Use the present simple to talk about activities or routines which take place on a regular basis.

Example:

Jim usually drives the industrial truck on Wednesdays.

Positive Sentences

Subject + verb + objects

Jim usually drives the industrial truck on Wednesdays.

Negative Sentences

Subject + do not + verb + objects

Question Form

Wh? + do + subject + verb ?

Present Simple with Adverbs of Frequency

Use adverbs of frequency such as 'usually', 'often', 'sometimes', etc. with the present simple to express how often you perform a routine or activity.
